Data Integration Analyst
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Data Integration Analyst on the AI & Data team, the successful candidate will design and build systems and data pipelines to transform raw healthcare data into structured, reusable formats while ensuring effective integration with customer data systems.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for ingesting customer data and develop scalable ingestion routines
- Build and maintain data foundations for retrospective risk adjustment coding and develop condition-suspecting algorithms
- Design semantic data structures to enhance the accessibility of healthcare data for AI tools and ensure documentation of processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, scientific, technical, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven coding ability and experience with database technology, particularly SQL Server / T-SQL
- Demonstrated ability to design solutions for complex data structures and validate real-world data
- Experience building maintainable ETL or data-ingestion workflows
- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and a structured approach to data quality
