Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Data Integration Engineer will design, build, and operate integration pipelines that facilitate data exchange between internal systems and third-party APIs, while ensuring data quality and managing complex payload mappings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate robust integration pipelines for data ingestion and transmission with third-party APIs and webhooks
• Transform and normalize data payloads between internal schemas and external partner specifications
• Triage and troubleshoot integration failures, implementing resilient mechanisms to handle operational challenges at scale

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software, backend, or data engineering, preferably in a startup environment
• Deep hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party platform integrations
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation and integration
• Proven experience managing complex data transformations and schema mappings across disparate systems
• Experience addressing API failure modes and operational challenges at scale
