Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to customers, the full-time Data Integration Specialist will manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless customer experience while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely and professional communication
• Document customer interactions and resolutions while performing quality checks on integration functions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide training to customers as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Proven customer support or client service experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred
• Experience in title, registration, DMV, or dealership preferred
• Technical support and basic code knowledge experience is preferred
