Job Summary
To ensure the accuracy and efficiency of healthcare data integration, the full-time remote Data Integration Support Specialist will troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, monitor automated processes, and support client and vendor data exchanges.
Key responsibilities
- Independently investigate and resolve data integration issues, including file processing failures and discrepancies
- Monitor automated integration jobs to ensure reliable data processing and take corrective action as needed
- Utilize SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to validate data and support integration processes
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and writing SQL queries
- Working knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and automated file processing workflows
- Experience independently resolving data integration and file processing issues
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- High school diploma or equivalent
