Job Summary
To support the Data Integrity transformation initiative, the full-time Data Integrity Program Lead Consultant will manage assessment, strategy development, and governance implementation while collaborating with site stakeholders to enhance laboratory data integrity controls and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Data Integrity maturity and risk assessments, and develop remediation roadmaps
- Implement governance frameworks and strengthen data integrity controls in GxP-regulated laboratories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inspection readiness and laboratory system integration
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise or site-level Data Integrity programs
- Proven track record in assessing Data Integrity maturity and executing remediation programs
- Familiarity with FDA, MHRA, and EU GMP Data Integrity guidance
- Experience in Quality Control, Analytical Development, or Stability Laboratories
