Job Summary
To support LLM training, the full-time temporary Data Labeling Analyst will perform detailed labeling and annotation of data related to Premier Partner Support while working remotely in the PST time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Perform detailed labeling and annotation of data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in adherence to guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality control and model calibration through the creation of golden sets
- Identify and report patterns in support requests that may indicate policy violations, contributing to model improvements
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data labeling, quality assurance, or related fields
- 2 years of direct experience in operational support with a strong understanding of policy guidelines
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of social media platforms and account enforcement policies
- Experience with AI/ML model training or data annotation for machine learning
