Data Librarian

Job Summary

To support the Creative Operations team, the temporary Data Librarian will manage high-volume product and creative metadata across various systems, ensuring data integrity and operational workflows while working remotely within the PST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, map, cleanse, normalize, reconcile, and migrate data to maintain database accuracy and consistency
• Execute high-volume data operations and validate outputs through rigorous quality assurance processes
• Build and improve operational workflows for data management and publishing, providing cross-functional training as needed

Required qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, capable of manipulating and validating large datasets
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with relational databases and metadata stewardship
• Proficiency in Airtable and experience operating in system-embedded roles
• Proven data quality assurance mindset with high accuracy
• Strong experience in managing multiple work streams and shifting priorities under deadlines
