Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Management Analyst - CAHPS - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain data dictionaries, catalogs, and documentation of data sources
- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy
- Perform data analysis to identify insights for improving member healthcare experience
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with SAS, R, Python, SQL, or other preferred programming language
- 3+ years of experience manipulating data across multiple platforms
- Experience with Medicare Advantage products or the healthcare industry
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools such as Snowflake
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and practices
