Data Management and Evaluation Manager

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time salaried Data Management and Evaluation Manager will ensure the integrity and usability of organizational data, conduct analysis to evaluate program effectiveness, and create intuitive visualizations and reports, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the integrity and governance of organizational data, improving existing data systems and processes
• Conduct analysis of student outcomes and program performance, translating findings into actionable insights
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau and Looker Studio for various stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience in data management, analytics, or evaluation
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis
• Proficiency in Tableau and Looker Studio for report and dashboard creation
• Experience in designing and analyzing surveys and other data collection methods
