Data Management Consultant
Job Summary
To support the CRECE project in Colombia, the full-time Data Management Consultant will manage and ensure the quality of databases, provide technical assistance to field teams, and produce analyses and reports to facilitate decision-making, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, manage, and document project databases ensuring data quality and consistency
- Monitor data collection processes and provide training to field staff on digital data collection tools
- Analyze data and create dashboards and reports to support project management and evaluation
Required qualifications
- Professional degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related fields
- Minimum three years of experience in data management, cleaning, and analysis, preferably in social projects
- Proven experience in verifying the quality of field-collected information
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
- Familiarity with digital data collection tools such as SurveyCTO or KoboToolbox
