Data Management Lead

Job Summary

Leading data management initiatives, the fully remote Data Management Lead will direct the data and reporting workstream for a government agency, ensuring data integrity and building automated processes to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs using Talend to load and integrate data into the Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Enhance reporting capabilities and establish data quality practices, including profiling and reconciliation reporting
• Lead and mentor data engineers and analysts, conducting design reviews and setting data standards

Required qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in data management, data warehousing, and ETL development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• At least 5 years of experience with Talend Data Integration or a comparable ETL tool
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, with experience in MySQL and SQL Server
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, or valid work-visa holder, and able to obtain a Public Trust background investigation
