Data Management Manager

Job Summary

Providing operational leadership and client partnership, the full-time remote Data Management Manager will oversee data management operations, ensuring high-quality delivery of clinical trial services while fostering cross-functional collaboration and developing high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Data Management operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of clinical trial services
• Partner with sponsors and internal stakeholders to achieve study requirements, timelines, and quality expectations
• Manage, mentor, and develop Data Management staff, including performance evaluations and career development activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred
• Minimum of four years of Clinical Data Management experience or equivalent industry experience
• Prior people management experience, including leadership of direct reports
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
• Experience partnering directly with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sponsors
