Job Summary

Supporting strategic decision-making, the full-time remote Data Manager will manage healthcare datasets, build SQL queries, and ensure data quality while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end analyses by working directly with large healthcare datasets, including medical and pharmacy claims
• Build and maintain robust SQL queries and analytical datasets, ensuring accurate data management for business purposes
• Collaborate with team members to create, maintain, and document necessary data sources for all projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare-based data management/stewardship role
• 3+ years of experience working with administrative healthcare data (medical and pharmacy claims, enrollment data)
• Strong SQL skills, including building, optimizing, and validating complex queries
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/data-related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience with AWS Serverless Services and data tools (bonus) and programming languages like Python for analysis (bonus)
