Job Summary
To support clinical studies, the full-time remote Data Manager will act as the primary contact for data management, lead study start-up activities, and collaborate with clients on data transfer specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary data management contact for assigned clinical studies, partnering with clients from study start-up through database lock
- Lead study start-up activities, including the review of study requirements and development of data transfer strategies
- Provide ongoing study support by troubleshooting data issues and managing change requests
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Preferred: BS/BA degree with 2 years of Data Management experience or an Associate degree with 4 years of Data Management experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Familiarity with databases and database terminology
- Customer Service experience in a data management or clinical trials environment
