Job Summary
Managing the data migration process for new CRM customers, the full-time Data Migration Consultant will ensure data integrity and accuracy during onboarding while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a portfolio of new CRM clients, acting as their primary data contact throughout onboarding
- Conduct data imports by preparing complex data import rules and perform validation checks to ensure data integrity
- Document the migration process and communicate with stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during or after migration
Required qualifications
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheet skills, including knowledge of common functions
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail for ensuring data accuracy
- Experience working in a SaaS environment preferred
