Job Summary
Seeking a remote, short-term Data Migration Consultant on a contract basis, the consultant will manage the migration of contact data from Airtable to EveryAction CRM, ensuring accurate transfer, mapping, and coding to support the organization's engagement and reporting needs over an assignment period of approximately 2 to 4 weeks.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data assessment and preparation, including quality review and cleansing recommendations
- Develop data mapping and coding between Airtable and EveryAction, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Execute the migration process, including validation, documentation, and post-migration support
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in CRM data migration, particularly with Airtable and EveryAction
- Strong understanding of EveryAction's data structures and import processes
- Experience in data cleansing, mapping, and quality assurance
- Knowledge of data protection and secure handling of sensitive information
- Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills
