Data Migration Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing Data Services team, the full-time remote Data Migration Engineer will manage the migration of customer data from legacy systems to SaaS products, ensuring data quality and business continuity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute components of end-to-end data conversion and migration efforts using SQL-based tooling
- Perform data extractions, transformations, and quality services to meet diverse customer requirements
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver migration outcomes that maintain business continuity
Required qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of database structures and SQL, with experience in data migration or transformation
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data mapping, and data quality best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines while remaining detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Experience working in a collaborative, global team environment
