Data Migration Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing Customer Success team, the full-time remote Data Migration Specialist will manage data analysis, migration execution, and customer communication, ensuring a smooth transition for new customers moving to Gymdesk.
Key responsibilities
- Review and map customer data to assess quality and completeness for migration
- Transform, clean, and import data into Gymdesk environments while validating outputs
- Coordinate with customers and Onboarding Specialists to clarify requirements and resolve data issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or a similar technical role
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, CSV handling, and data cleansing techniques
- Experience with SaaS platforms and customer-facing data workflows
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
