Job Summary
Seeking a client-facing Data Modeler Consultant, the remote position will focus on healthcare data modeling and interoperability while supporting multiple external clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement healthcare data models and interoperability solutions
- Support client engagement by addressing data-related inquiries and providing expert guidance
- Manage patient identity resolution and clinical data normalization processes
Required qualifications:
- Strong experience with HL7 v2, FHIR, and C-CDA / CCD standards
- Proven background in healthcare data modeling and interoperability
- Experience with patient identity resolution and deduplication techniques
- Knowledge of EMPI and MDM practices
- Familiarity with clinical data ingestion pipelines and mapping
