Data Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Providing data operational support in a full-time remote capacity, the Data Operations Analyst I will manage recurring business processes, enhance data quality initiatives, and respond to user requests while maintaining system documentation and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for operational activities and data maintenance processes
• Support ongoing data quality improvement efforts and assist in data cleanup and remediation activities
• Provide user support by responding to service requests and creating user documentation and guides

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-5 years of experience in fundraising, customer support, data management, or business systems support
• Experience with CRM and data management systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
