Data Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning lead and account data quality for Hotels, the full-time Supply Tech Data Ops Analyst will ensure accurate, deduplicated, and enriched prospect data flows into sales pipelines while managing CRM data integrity and handling escalations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee data sourcing and deduplication to ensure leads entering the pipeline are accurate before reaching sales representatives
• Develop and refine lead qualification standards and routing processes to ensure leads are assigned correctly
• Maintain the health of CRM data by auditing and cleaning duplicate or broken records and addressing data integrity issues

Required qualifications

• 5-6+ years of experience in data operations or GTM engineering, preferably in a B2B or marketplace environment
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM, including account structuring and data cleanup
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write queries for data validation and anomaly investigation
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and analysis
• Experience in designing lead qualification criteria and SLAs
