Data Operations Manager
Job Summary
To lead Data Operations teams and drive operational excellence, the full-time Manager, Data Operations Integrations will oversee functional areas within Data Operations, ensuring project execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams, while primarily working onsite in Tempe, AZ, with remote candidates considered.
Key responsibilities
- Manage teams responsible for ingesting, processing, and delivering files across the enterprise
- Set clear standards and measurements for team performance and success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify business requirements for client implementations and product features
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with healthcare-related EDI transactions, including 834, 835, 837, and 270/271
- 3+ years of experience with claims adjudication systems such as QicLink or Eldorado
- 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
