Data Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Providing dedicated support and implementation for the WirelessWindow initiative, the full-time remote Data Operations Specialist will manage Smart Workflow automation, reporting, and data quality to ensure operational data reliability across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as dedicated support and backup to the Platform Architect on WirelessWindow, including architecture build-out and validation/testing
- Build and optimize Smart Workflow initiatives using tools like Make and Power Automate
- Monitor data quality and investigate anomalies across various applications while supporting audits and reconciliation efforts
Required qualifications
- Experience in supporting and implementing data workflows and automation
- Familiarity with tools such as Rev.io, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Proficiency in SQL queries and low-code/no-code automation development
- Ability to act as a first responder for data-related issues in Atlassian (Jira)
- Experience using AI tools for workflow development and debugging
