Job Summary
Identifying and closing partnerships with companies for AI training data, the full-time remote Data Partnerships Manager will manage the end-to-end partnership process, including sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding new partners while collaborating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage companies with valuable operational workflows across various industries
- Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements
- Educate prospective partners on the use of workflow data in training and evaluating AI systems
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or a similar customer-facing role
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiating, and closing B2B partnerships
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
- Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline development
- Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or HubSpot
