Data Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Partnerships Manager will manage the sourcing of high-value, rights-protected data by translating customer needs into sourcing strategies, building relationships with data partners, and overseeing the progression of partnership opportunities from initial conversation through to activation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer and prospect data needs into clear sourcing briefs and actionable plans
• Source and build relationships with data holders, aggregators, and channel partners to facilitate commercial outcomes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure swift movement of partner opportunities while managing risks and expectations

Required qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, business development, strategic sourcing, or related commercial functions
• Familiarity with the revenue cycle market or larger healthcare operations
• Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and manage complex relationships
• Strong commercial judgment and operational rigor in managing pipelines and partnerships
• Ability to articulate complex data or AI training concepts clearly to various stakeholders
