Data Platform Architect

Job Summary

To establish and scale the Data & AI Practice, the remote Data Platform Architect will design scalable cloud-native data platforms, guide technical discovery and implementation, and build trusted advisory relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, cloud-native data platforms that meet customer needs and deliver measurable business value
• Lead technical discovery and architecture workshops, guiding engineering teams through the implementation of solutions
• Architect migration and integration of legacy enterprise data into modern cloud platforms, focusing on data quality and governance

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience architecting and implementing enterprise data platforms on AWS, with knowledge of Azure and GCP
• Deep expertise in Databricks and Snowflake, including lakehouse architecture and data engineering
• Working knowledge of GenAI architectures and enterprise data management principles
• Minimum 5 years of direct engagement with North American customers in technical and solution advisory roles
• Strong client-facing communication and technical thought-leadership skills
