Data Processing Associate
Job Summary
To support the Invitae Genetics team, the full-time remote Data Processing Associate will perform pre- and post-accessioning order processing activities, including patient and order creation, data entry, and quality control while meeting established service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Execute pre-accessioning order processing tasks such as patient and order creation and task creation for customer support teams
- Conduct post-accessioning order processing activities, including data entry and quality control of order information
- Participate in additional responsibilities directed by the team lead, including report maintenance and compliance activities
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 or more years' experience in healthcare, science, data processing, or a related field
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Experience or knowledge of genetic testing or related fields
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
