Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and technically fluent Data Product Manager, the full-time remote position will own the requirements and roadmap for Arcadia's unified data model, collaborating with engineering and various product teams to ensure alignment and extensibility across data products.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive requirements for the unified data model, partnering with engineering to design an extensible architecture
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to advance the data strategy and enhance Arcadia's position in the utility space
- Translate organizational needs into actionable engineering requirements throughout the data lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in data platforms or data model design
- Deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modeling principles
- Hands-on SQL proficiency for validating data structures and analyzing usage
- Experience writing technical requirements and specs for data models and APIs
- Familiarity with data governance, access controls, and compliance frameworks like GDPR and CCPA
