Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Cogito Project Manager and ancillary data specialty roles
- Manage a portfolio of Business Intelligence & Analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
- Apply industry best practices for project intake, planning, execution, and long-term road mapping
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of seven years of program or project management experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experience leading business intelligence analysts and managing initiatives over $1 million
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred, with Epic Cogito experience highly preferred
- Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile Scrum Master preferred
