Data Program Lead

Job Summary

To support the Global Data Network, the full-time remote Data Program Lead will manage relationships with global data partners, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure the quality of datasets delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global data partners, ensuring effective collaboration and compliance with data governance requirements
• Lead the negotiation and management of data use agreements and contracts with data providers, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
• Translate client research needs into precise cohort specifications and oversee the sourcing and quality packaging of datasets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health informatics, public health, data science, or a related technical field
• 5-7 years of experience in program/project management or data operations within life sciences or healthcare data environments
• Experience in contract/agreement negotiations, particularly related to data use agreements
• Working knowledge of clinical and genomic data types and their application in research
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and stakeholders effectively
