Data QA Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the quality assurance of data migrations, the full-time remote Data QA Analyst will validate migrations end to end, check critical details, and log issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Validate every migration by analyzing source data and confirming accuracy against the Data Mapping Document
• Log findings in Asana and JIRA, route issues to engineering, and prepare final QA sign-off reports
• Develop and maintain a standardized QA checklist and issue-tracking format for all engagements

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data quality, migration, validation, or quality assurance, preferably in a CRM or software environment
• Hands-on experience reconciling data and identifying duplicates and orphaned records
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including navigating objects and records
• Experience with issue tracking tools such as JIRA or Asana
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
