Data Quality Analyst
Job Summary
To support the continuous improvement of data quality, the full-time Data Quality Analyst will ensure the accuracy and reliability of data solutions while collaborating with data operations and reporting teams in a hybrid remote/onsite environment, particularly for local candidates in Maryland.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze data from various sources to identify and correct errors, implementing processes to enhance data quality
- Develop and execute automated data reporting solutions, ensuring compliance with data quality policies and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes, prepare reports, and provide quality assurance for data integrity
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum) and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Advanced expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (SQL, R, Python) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
