Data Quality Manager

Job Summary

To build and lead the Data Quality function within the Product & Data team, the full-time remote Manager, Data Quality will design processes, establish KPIs, and develop validation frameworks to ensure data integrity as the company transitions from MGA to full-stack carrier.

Key responsibilities

• Define the operating model and standards for enterprise data quality, transitioning from ad hoc project support to a governed process
• Design and launch data quality metrics and dashboards, including statistical trending and anomaly detection
• Own the validation framework by establishing data validation rules and automated controls across policy, premium, and claims data

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data quality, data analytics, or similar insurance data-focused roles, particularly with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance data
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI for data investigation and reporting
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows to enhance efficiencies
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
