Data Quality Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading the Data Quality Team in a full-time remote capacity, the HAM Data Quality Team Lead will oversee data integrity across the Hardware Asset Management environment, ensuring accurate asset records and compliance reporting in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Data Quality Team, focusing on the cleanup of HAM Configuration Items and resolving data discrepancies
• Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance processes for asset data management
• Conduct data audits and validation to ensure accuracy during system migrations and post-launch stabilization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in data quality, governance, or IT asset management
• 2+ years of experience leading or supervising data analysts or cleanup teams
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow HAM or CMDB in a production environment
• Proficiency in developing data quality metrics and dashboards for leadership reporting
