Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Data Reconciliation Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day data reconciliation, validation, and maintenance to support regulatory reporting accuracy and integrity within the financial services sector.
Key responsibilities
- Perform reconciliations between internal systems, databases, and regulatory reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Analyze data discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with business partners
- Develop and maintain reconciliation procedures, management reports, and documentation to support regulatory compliance
Required qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in data reconciliation, regulatory reporting, or data analysis within a financial services environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and Power Query
- Experience with generative AI tools for reporting and reconciliation tasks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and resolve complex data discrepancies
- Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, and automation tools is preferred
