Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of recruiters, the full-time Manager of Data Recruiting will focus on scaling Data Science and Data Engineering hiring efforts remotely, partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic hiring solutions and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across the Data organization to advise on search strategies and provide scalable solutions
• Leverage metrics to identify hiring gaps and proactively implement solutions while monitoring tech hiring trends
• Manage and develop a team of recruiters, emphasizing performance and career growth aligned with company culture

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a recruiting function, particularly in high-growth, tech-enabled environments
• 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on data science and data engineering
• Ability to operate as a business partner to senior leaders, using data and market insights to inform strategies
• Strong communication skills with executive presence, capable of influencing decisions through storytelling
• Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement within recruiting processes
