Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Data & Reporting Analyst will develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions using SQL/T-SQL, ensuring data integrity and supporting decision-making across various programs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and optimize reporting solutions using SQL/T-SQL within SQL Server and Snowflake environments
- Gather and validate reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs
- Conduct root cause analysis of reporting discrepancies and improve reporting processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence
- Advanced SQL/T-SQL development skills with experience writing complex queries
- Experience validating and reconciling reporting outputs for data accuracy
- Familiarity with healthcare-related information and reporting documentation practices
