Data Research Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing data team, the part-time contract Data Research Specialist will conduct research to identify unclaimed property owners, clean and organize data for campaigns, and generate leads through social media investigations, all while working remotely with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and process state unclaimed property lists monthly for skip-trace and batch data partners
• Clean, de-duplicate, and organize records into usable segments for various campaigns
• Utilize AI-assisted research tools to find leads through social media platforms

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data research, lead generation, or data entry with quality control
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including filters, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables
• Experience with skip tracing, batch data vendors, or OSINT people research
• Strong written English skills and reliable internet connection with a backup
• Familiarity with AI tools and social media for data matching
