Data Science Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of data scientists and analysts, the full-time Data Science Manager will design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions, ensuring model accuracy and integration while collaborating with engineering teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to address complex business problems
• Establish and enforce data science standards and governance frameworks to maintain data integrity
• Coordinate project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and budget management for data science initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science or analytics leadership roles
• Proficiency in R programming and Python for model building and optimization
• Experience with AWS, AZURE, and Docker for deploying and scaling models
• Ability to prepare analytics reports using ggplot and Rshiny visualization packages
