Job Summary

To support the development of AI-driven credit solutions, the full-time Data Scientist will translate unstructured business problems into machine learning projects, design and deploy production models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial underwriting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate unstructured business problems into well-defined machine learning projects
• Design, train, and deploy production machine learning models for credit underwriting decisions
• Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Analysts to identify high-impact modeling opportunities

Required qualifications

• MS or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline
• Strong foundation in programming, statistics, mathematics, and classical machine learning techniques
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as XGBoost or Scikit-learn
• Strong proficiency in Python and understanding of modern software engineering practices
