Job Summary

Utilizing advanced analytics and modeling to drive business results, the full-time salaried Data Scientist will leverage customer information and behavioral data to influence strategic decisions, manage small projects, and mentor junior team members, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Apply consumer analytics, including retention models and lead optimization, to solve moderate business challenges
• Collaborate with IT and data management teams to enhance data infrastructure and manage model deployments
• Develop and present findings to leadership, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred in data science, statistics, mathematics, or business analytics
• Minimum of three years of experience in data analysis or statistical modeling
• Proficiency in advanced programming and complex ETL methods
• Experience with machine learning and data mining technologies
• Ability to mentor and coach junior data science team members
