Data Scientist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Data Scientist, the successful candidate will build predictive models, drive forecasting rigor, and design experiments to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine machine learning models to address critical business challenges, such as predicting patient churn and estimating operational volume
• Own the creation of time-series forecasts to improve capacity planning and resource allocation
• Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests and causal inference studies to measure the impact of product and operational changes

Required qualifications

• Strong background in statistics, probability, and mathematics, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis
• Proficiency in Python and its data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, NumPy)
• Hands-on experience with time-series analysis and forecasting techniques
• Advanced SQL skills for complex data manipulation
• Preferred Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Applied Science, or related fields
