Job Summary
Providing expert consulting services, the full-time Data Scientist will develop advanced analytical solutions for the FDA Center for Devices and Radiological Health, focusing on post-market surveillance and data modernization initiatives in a 100% telework environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data integration, ETL, and analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and related technologies
- Create self-service dashboards and data visualization tools using Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Perform safety signal detection, trend analysis, and data mining across multiple post-market surveillance data sources
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of applicable experience in post-market surveillance analytics and medical device regulatory environments
- Experience with UDI systems, advanced analytics, and dashboard development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be a US Citizen or full Green Card holder
