Data Scientist

Job Summary

Leading advanced analytics initiatives, the full-time remote Data Scientist will solve complex business problems through quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques while collaborating with stakeholders to industrialize insights from analytics projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for decision systems and forecasting
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and drivers of performance using statistical inference and data mining techniques
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on data science methodologies and scalable analytics systems

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer or Data Science, Business or Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience with advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning frameworks
• Proficiency in designing end-to-end machine learning pipelines and managing model lifecycles
• Knowledge of modern data platform architectures, including lakehouse-style data architectures
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices and technical leadership
