Data Scientist

Job Summary

To enhance predictive analytics capabilities, the remote Data Scientist will build AI-enabled models and analytics, leveraging internal and external data to provide actionable insights across commercial and customer use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Ingest and interpret unstructured information using NLP and large language models
• Develop, validate, and maintain predictive models for customer prioritization and retention risk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions and deliver model outputs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or quantitative modeling
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in building predictive models
• Experience with NLP, unstructured text data, and familiarity with generative AI techniques
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; a Master's degree or PhD is preferred
• Experience with cloud-based data and ML platforms, preferably Azure
