Data Scientist

Job Summary

To define and build the algorithmic foundation for women's hormonal health, the full-time remote Founding Data Scientist will manage the research agenda, develop production-ready algorithms, and analyze complex hormonal data to create impactful features for the Mira App.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and enhance biometrics, algorithms, and data-driven insights for the Mira App
• Analyze hormone, cycle, and user outcome data to identify patterns and product opportunities
• Develop and validate models for ovulation prediction, cycle modeling, and personalized recommendations

Required qualifications:

• Strong Python and data science skills; SQL preferred, with experience in various data types including longitudinal and physiological data
• Experience with model interpretability methods such as SHAP and LIME
• Strong judgment in model validation, including handling missing data and evaluating performance across user segments
• Ability to translate data into user-facing product features or algorithms
• Experience in moving ML or algorithmic features toward production
