Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist Coach to provide guidance and support in the field of data science and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching, feedback, and support through virtual sessions
• Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance coaching skills
• Engage with members via the platform for important life events outside of sessions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and team management
• Passion for coaching with meaningful experience, formal or informal
• Desire to develop coaching skills from people leadership experience
• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Commitment to a minimum of three to five hours per week for 12 months
