Data Scientist Dashboard Developer
Job Summary
To support the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Personnel and Readiness, the full-time remote Data Scientist Dashboard Developer will analyze data from multiple sources, develop dashboards and visualizations, and provide actionable insights for senior leadership using tools such as Qlik, SQL, Databricks, Python, Spark, and Pandas.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data analysis and create dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Qlik Sense or Tableau
- Develop data manipulation scripts and shape data to answer questions about organizational performance
- Translate analytical findings into clear narratives to support decision-making for senior leadership
Required qualifications
- Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Python, Spark, and Pandas
- Proficiency in Qlik and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality results
- Aptitude for technical writing and editing for business audiences
