Data Scientist Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing data science team, the full-time hybrid Data Scientist Engineer will actively contribute to the insurance roadmap by building and productionizing data pipelines, designing LLM-based solutions, and leading client workshops to gather feedback and define project priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and productionize data pipelines for various data types optimized for LLMs and multi-modal models
• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based solutions for subrogation, claims handling, and document understanding
• Lead client workshops, present prototypes, and gather feedback to help define roadmap priorities

Required Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in production-level object-oriented programming for building scalable systems
• Proven hands-on experience with Large Language Models and generative AI techniques
• Solid foundation in machine learning fundamentals with practical experience in the full ML lifecycle
• Experience designing and implementing robust data pipelines for document and multi-modal data workflows
• Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with clients and translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions
