Data Scientist II

Job Summary

To drive revenue generation through data storytelling, the full-time hybrid Data Scientist II will analyze large customer data sets, develop algorithms, and collaborate with go-to-market teams to showcase the value of Socure's products.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer data sets to provide actionable insights and explain model performance for optimal risk management
• Create compelling data stories to demonstrate how Socure's solutions can eliminate identity fraud and enhance customer experiences
• Collaborate closely with sales and account management teams to identify upsell opportunities and optimize product offerings

Required qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in data science, data analysis, or analytics engineering
• Extensive understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning methods
• Proficiency in Python and experience with massive datasets and SQL querying
• Experience with cloud tools and technologies such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, or GCP
